Can we start small and upgrade later?

Yes. Many organisations start on Free Forever or Starter and upgrade as they need more history, analytics, branding, dashboards, and multi-site or multi-tenant capability.

Can tenants see each other’s data in the Retail tier?

No. Tenants are isolated. Each tenant has its own environment, while building management can access building-wide dashboards and security-level oversight where applicable.

Can we use our own tablets?

Yes. BYOD is supported across all tiers. You can also purchase tablets and accessories if you prefer a standardised setup.

Do you support exports and reports?

Yes. Exports and reporting are available depending on tier and add-ons. If you have specific compliance needs, note them in the onboarding form.

Is boardroom booking included?

It is included from Premium upward, and can be configured for shared or tenant-specific usage in a building environment.
